  • 1 tall can unmarinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. fresh Parmesan
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic, mashed

Directions

    Mix together and sprinkle additional Parmesan on top.

    Bake for 1/2 hour or until hot and brown on top at 350°.

    Serve with French bread.
