  • 1 (8 to 10 count) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chili peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Drain and chop artichokes. Mix in all other ingredients. Put in small glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes until bubbling.
