  • 1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • big dash of garlic powder

Directions

    Drain hearts and chop.

    Mix with mayonnaise.

    Add Parmesan cheese and a big dash of garlic powder.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly hot.

    This dip may also be served cold.
