  • 1 c. cream
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. drained pineapple
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice

    Bring to boil cream, sugar and butter. Add drained pineapple; cook to soft ball stage (238°), stirring to prevent burning. Cool to lukewarm and add lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Pour in buttered pan.
