  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 to 2 cans artichoke hearts (not marinated), cut up coarsely

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into a 2-quart ovenproof casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

    Heat in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.

    This dip is good spread on Carr's table water crackers.
