Ingredients
- 1 large can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
- 6 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 5 spring onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds (optional)
- 1 large round bread (sourdough or Hawaiian)
- bagel crisps
Directions

1Melt butter and saute onions and garlic.

2In a large bowl, combine the 2 cheeses, sour cream and artichoke hearts.

3Add butter mixture.

4Scoop out bread (can toast part scooped out). Pour mixture into middle of bread.

5Top with almonds.

6Wrap foil around bread edges so it won't burn.

7Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly.

8Serve with bagel chips.
