  • 16 oz. can drained peas (small size)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. milk (not skim)

    In small saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in milk (don't boil). Whisk flour until medium thickness consistency. Add seasoning and drained peas. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
