  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
  • dashes of Nature's Seasons and seasoned pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Drain and mash or cut artichokes.

    Add mayonnaise, cheese, onion and seasonings.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Place in 1 1/2-quart ovenproof dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Serve with toast rounds or crackers.
