- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
- dashes of Nature's Seasons and seasoned pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Drain and mash or cut artichokes.

2Add mayonnaise, cheese, onion and seasonings.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Place in 1 1/2-quart ovenproof dish.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.

7Serve with toast rounds or crackers.
