  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Drain and coarsely chop artichokes.

    Set aside.

    Combine all other ingredients.

    Fold in artichokes.

    Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve with crackers.
