- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Drain and coarsely chop artichokes.

3Combine all other ingredients.

4Fold in artichokes.

5Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until golden brown.

6Serve with crackers.
