- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained artichoke hearts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- assorted crackers
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease small shallow baking pan. Blend artichokes in blender of food processor or chop finely. Combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in medium bowl.

3Add to chopped or blended artichokes and blend again.

4Pour into greased dish, spreading evenly in dish.

5Bake until top is browned, about 20 minutes.
