- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 zucchini
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb. fresh green beans, cut
- 3 to 4 tomatoes, cut up
- parsley and garlic
Directions

1In large pot, saute butter and onion.

2Cut up vegetables and add to butter and onion.

3Cook, covered, until done.

4Put vegetables in large casserole; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350°

5for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.

6Serve and enjoy.
