- 1/2 c. light cream cheese
- 1/4 c. creamy spread mustard
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped red and green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Directions

1To Microwave:

2In 1-quart microwavable bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and mustard.

3Stir in artichokes, pepper and chili powder.

4Cover with wax paper.

5Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through.

6Garnish with green onions.

7Serve with vegetables, crackers, tortillas or potato chips.
