  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (15 oz.) can artichokes
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Chop artichokes into small pieces.

    Combine all ingredients. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until cheese melts and bubbles. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
