  • 1 can artichokes
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix or blend artichokes, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add 1/4 cup cheese and mix.

    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Serve with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
