  • 1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated or flavored)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup parmasean cheese
  • 5 medium garlic cloves

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Chop the artichokes well. Mix all the ingredients together in an 8 by 8 pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is light brown and bubbly.
