  • 1/2 c. light hellmans mayonnaise (NOT FAT FREE/Low fat)
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 oz grated parmesan cheese (1/4 c.)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt & fresh ground pepper
  • Breton crackers (or pita chips)
