  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 3 ounces parmesan cheese
  • grated swiss cheese, on top

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Drain and chop artichokes.

    Mix all ingrediants together, put in oven proof dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
