  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
  • 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup regular mayonnaise or 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)

Directions

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
