  • 2 cups marinated artichokes, diced
  • 7 -8 ounces green chilies, chopped
  • 12 cup sweet onions or 12 cup green onion, chopped
  • 23 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (substitute whatever you prefer) or 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (substitute whatever you prefer)
  • tortilla chips

    If you are using canned artichokes or green chilies, drain before combining.

    Place all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.
