- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 28 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
- 20 oz. soft cream cheese
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
Directions

1Squeeze all moisture from spinach.

2Mix 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese with sour cream and 2 Tbsp. of Parmesan cheese.

3Add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita strips.
