Ingredients
- 2 (3 1/2 or 4 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced or mashed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper
Directions

1Drain marinade from 1 jar into skillet.

2Chop artichokes (both jars drained) and set aside.

3Saute onion and garlic in marinade 5 minutes.

4In bowl, beat eggs slightly.

5Add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and hot pepper seasoning sauce.

6Stir in cheese.

7Mix in remainder of ingredients.

8Pour into greased 7 x 11-inch pan.

9Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until set.

10Cut in squares.
-
11(May be frozen after baking.

12After thawing, serve cold or reheat about 10 minutes.)
