  • One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse(R) Herb & Butter Pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cups artichoke hearts, sliced (thaw if frozen, drain if canned)
  • 1 Tablespoon capers, drained and rinsed
  • 1-1/3 cups warm water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1-1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In medium sauce pan, melt butter or margarine. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.

    Add parsley, lemon juice, artichokes, capers, water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently.

    Reduce heat and low-boil uncovered 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.

    Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
