- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil Plus Extra For Greasing Pizza Stone
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 10 ounces, weight Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 18 ounces, weight Pizza Dough
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 can (13 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Quartered
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450 F. Put pizza stone in the oven to heat.

2Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

3Add the garlic and cook for a minute.

4Add the spinach, salt and pepper and cook until spinach wilts (about 8 minutes).

5Once the spinach is cooked, transfer it to a food processor and pulse a few times until chopped.

6Transfer spinach back to the saucepan and add in chicken stock.

7Simmer the spinach in the chicken stock for 15 minutes, then add in the heavy cream and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese.

8Simmer the mixture for half an hour.

9Take your pizza stone out of the oven and grease it with a little olive oil.

10Flour your hands, put your dough on your work surface and flatten it, creating a thicker crust around the edges.

11The thick crust helps hold the sauce better.

12Transfer your dough to the pizza stone.

13Spread your spinach sauce on the dough.

14Top with mozzarella cheese then artichokes.

15Sprinkle with the last 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and drizzle a little olive oil over the top (no more than two tablespoons).

16Put pizza stone in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese begins to brown and crust is golden.

17Remove from the oven, allow it to sit for a minute or two then cut and serve.
