- 9 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 oz. crab meat or 1/2 c. diced pepperoni
- 1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Cut artichoke hearts in half.

2Blend artichokes with eggs, crab meat or pepperoni, salt, pepper and cheeses. Pour into pie crust.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold.
