  • 9 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 4 oz. crab meat or 1/2 c. diced pepperoni
  • 1 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Cut artichoke hearts in half.

    Blend artichokes with eggs, crab meat or pepperoni, salt, pepper and cheeses. Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold.
