Artichoke Souffle Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon dill weed
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
• 2 (4 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
• 1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
• 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
• 4 eggs, separated
• 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
