Artichoke-Spinach Dip

- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded white cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
- garlic salt
- 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and cooled
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients.

2Top with paprika and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

3Serve with crackers or chips.
