Artichoke-Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces
  • 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded white cheese (Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 box frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained and cooled

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients.

    Top with paprika and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

    Serve with crackers or chips.
