- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (14 oz.) can chopped artichoke hearts (1 c.)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2May refrigerate until ready to serve.

3Then heat at 350° in quiche dish or glass Pyrex for approximately 30 minutes or until mixture bubbles and it browns a little.

4Serves 6.

5Recipe may be tripled for amounts.

6Serve with chips or crackers.

7One-half cup sour cream can be substituted for 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise.
