  • 3 cans artichoke hearts, packed in water
  • 2/3 c. grated cheese
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of pepper
  • Stoned Wheat Thins

Directions

    Drain artichoke hearts; chop in food processor.

    Place chopped hearts in bowl.

    Add all other ingredients; blend.

    Place in glass pie plate.

    Bake until golden brown at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool; serve slightly warm.

    Spread over Stoned Wheat Thins and enjoy.
