- 2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Drain artichoke hearts and save the marinade.

2Chop up the artichokes.

3Saute the onion in the marinade.

4Combine eggs with breadcrumbs.

5Add everything else and pour into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

6Cut into squares when cool.
