Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz.) jars artichoke hearts
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Drain artichoke hearts and save the marinade.

    Chop up the artichokes.
  3. 3
    Saute the onion in the marinade.

    Combine eggs with breadcrumbs.

    Add everything else and pour into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

    Cut into squares when cool.
