Ingredients
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces (reserve the oil from the hearts)
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. soda crackers, crumbled
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons of the reserved artichoke hearts oil.

2Mix artichoke hearts, grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and eggs together.

3Add onions and garlic.

4Put into greased square 9-inch cake pan.

5Sprinkle with the crumbled soda crackers.

6Bake for 35 minutes at 325°. Chill for 2 hours before cutting.

7Makes 10 servings.
