- 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- water
- chili powder
- cayenne pepper
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and American)
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan

4Add flour and stir until smooth.

5Add tomato sauce and stir.

6Sauce should be thick, but not

9water to desired consistency. Season with chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste.

10Mix 1/4 cup sauce with chicken.

12tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll up and place in rectangular casserole dish.
