  • 4 oz. grated Gruyere (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 oz. grated Comte or Cantal (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 oz. grated fontina (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
