Arugula Arame Attack

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water/ice
  • 2 large handfuls of arugula
  • 1/4 cup arame or wakame, or 1 raw mori sheet (asiam sea vegetable)
  • spinach, added to 6 cup line
  • 2 cups pineapple, preferably frozen in chunks
  • 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries, or mixed berries
  • 1 apple or pear
  • 1/2 tsp stevia

Directions

    Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add fruit and stevia and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for best results.
