- 2 large handfuls of arugula
- 1/4 cup arame or wakame, or 1 raw mori sheet (asiam sea vegetable)
- spinach, added to 6 cup line
- 2 cups pineapple, preferably frozen in chunks
- 2 bananas, frozen in chunks
- 2 cups frozen blueberries, or mixed berries
- 1 apple or pear
- 1/2 tsp stevia
Directions

1Blend first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add fruit and stevia and blend until smooth. Serve immediately for best results.
