- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
Directions

1Crush the garlic.

2Add the egg and put in blender.

3Very slowly add the oil in a thin stream through the top of the blender, and stop blending when the oil has all been added.

4Add cheese and blend just long enough to combine well.

5Whisk in lemon juice by hand (Vinegar may be substituted).
