- 6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1/4 cups Freshly Chopped Cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Scallions, Thinly Sliced
- Black Pepper
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
Directions

1Whisk together all ingredients and pour over chicken. Let marinate 4 hours to overnight. (Ideally, you can always marinate for a couple hours or baste your chicken with it while on the grill. I did both.)
