- 4 (4 oz) boneless pork chops
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp honey
- 6 None flour tortillas
- 6 None spring onions, trimmed, thinly sliced
- 1/3 None cucumber, cut into matchsticks
- None None tomato wedges, to garnish

1Place pork in a shallow dish. Whisk together hoisin sauce, ketchup and honey. Pour over pork and turn to coat. Chill for 1 hour, or overnight, to marinate.

2Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a roasting pan with foil. Drain pork, reserving marinade. Transfer to prepared pan and roast for 15 mins. Carefully pour off excess fat and spoon marinade over pork. Increase heat to 450°F and roast for 10-15 mins, until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Let cool then slice into strips.

3Distribute pork between tortillas. Top with spring onions and cucumber. Roll up. Serve with tomato wedges.
