  • 1/2 c. frozen shelled edamame or peas
  • 1 large takeout order Chinese roast pork
  • 1 small takeout order Chinese white rice
  • 2 thinly sliced
  • 4 large radishes
  • 2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Asian sesame oil

    In colander, rinse edamame under hot water to thaw; drain well.
