- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. of beef Ramen Noodles
- 2 (8.5 oz.) pkg. pre-shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage)
- 1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Remove flavor package from noodles, set aside.

2Crush noodles by hand.

3Place dry noodles in bottom of large bowl.

4Top with slaw mix.

5Sprinkle with nuts and onions.

6Mix flavor packages from noodles, sugar, oil and vinegar, and pour mixture over slaw. Cover and chill 24 hours (need to let the noodles absorb dressing and get soft).

7Toss well before serving.
