  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. of beef Ramen Noodles
  • 2 (8.5 oz.) pkg. pre-shredded coleslaw mix (cabbage)
  • 1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar

    Remove flavor package from noodles, set aside.

    Crush noodles by hand.

    Place dry noodles in bottom of large bowl.

    Top with slaw mix.

    Sprinkle with nuts and onions.

    Mix flavor packages from noodles, sugar, oil and vinegar, and pour mixture over slaw. Cover and chill 24 hours (need to let the noodles absorb dressing and get soft).

    Toss well before serving.
