- 2 cup cabbage
- 2 cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup carrot
- 3 each green onion sliced
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup memmi
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions

1Chop cabbages, and carrot into fine strips.

2Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, memmi, ginger.

3Whisk in sesame oil.

4Add dressing and sesame seeds.

5lett sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

6Serve chilled.
