  • 2 cup cabbage
  • 2 cup purple cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot
  • 3 each green onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup memmi
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

    Chop cabbages, and carrot into fine strips.

    Mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, memmi, ginger.

    Whisk in sesame oil.

    Add dressing and sesame seeds.

    lett sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Serve chilled.
