Asian Style Rice Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 package Mushrooms
  • 1 bag Spinach
  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 package Rice paper
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 Lemon

Directions

    Add olive oil to a frying pan. When hot, add chopped onion and ground turkey. Add a dash of lemon juice.

    Rinse rice thoroughly. Put 1 cup rice with 1 1/2 cups water and a pinch of salt in a pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer with lid 15-20 minutes.

    Mix together all ingredients and add them onto rice paper. Roll up, using water to wet edge to stick.

    Serve with a bit of fresh mint, cilantro and peanuts as garnish. Figure out a good dipping sauce.
