Asian Style Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Chicken stock cube
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1 x Squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 lrg Cultivated brown mushroom, minced
  • 1 dsh Sesame oil
  • 1 dsh Honey
  • 4 x Broccoli florets, sliced
  • 1 x Duck breast, cooked (see following recipe)
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced coriander, basil, parsley

Directions

    1 Bring a pint of water to the boil and crumble in the stock cube.

    Add in the leftover ingredients, leaving the herbs to just before serving.

    Simmer gently for 10 min.

    Slice the duck breast, place in a bowl and pour over the soup.
