- 20 ounces asparagus spears
- 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder (to taste)
- 1 dash pepper
Directions

1Thaw the asparagus.

2Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

3Bring to a boil; simmer covered 8 - 12 minutes or until asparagus is tender.

4Process with blender until smooth.

5Pour into bowl.

6Serve hot or cover and chill at least 4 hours.
