- 1 container mushroom caps (button or baby 'bellas) cleaned
- 1 can cooked white chicken breast, drained
- 1 small scallion, sliced
- 1/2 brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tspn garlic powder
- 2TBspn worsteshire sauce
- dash pepper & dried parsley for garnish
- spray oil/cooking spray
Directions

1Trim stems of mushrooms, remove

2Place caps (tops down) on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Broil for about 5-10 minutes, until they just start to darken.

3Meanwhile...

4Combine chicken and sliced mushroom stems with softened cream cheese until smooth.

5Add garlic powder and worsteshire.

6Fold in scallion and shredded cheese. Mixture should be chunky and thick.

7Spoon generous amount of mixture into caps. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spritz with oil/cooking spray, and top with dash of pepper & parsley.

8Broil for another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve.
