- 1 can Green Giant asparagus spears
- 1 loaf thin sliced bread
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 stick melted butter
Directions

1Cut crust from bread.

2Roll bread thin with rolling pin. Spread with mixture of cheese, mayo and egg.

3Place 1 stalk of asparagus at end of each slice of bread.

4Roll up and cut into 3 pieces.

5Dip each in melted butter.

6Freeze until ready to serve. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° until brown (around 15 minutes).
