Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can asparagus tips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 hard boiled egg (chopped)
  • 1 c. butter melted
  • 1/2 pkg. potato chips

Directions

    Mix cheese and cracker crumbs.

    Put a layer of mixture in bottom of casserole.

    Put a a layer of asparagus with egg and celery on top of it.
  4. 4
    Repeat until all is used. Pour mushroom soup with liquid of asparagus over all and sprinkle with potato chips crushed.

    Pour melted butter over top.

    Bake at 350° 20 to 30 minutes.
