- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 4 small cans cut asparagus
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- additional cracker crumbs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Crush crackers.

3Pour some of the liquid from asparagus on crackers (will be mushy).

4Drain remainder of asparagus.

5Add mushroom soup, cheese and almonds.

6Mix well. Spread a layer of cracker mixture in Pyrex baking dish; layer the cut asparagus.

7Add remainder of cracker mixture.

8Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

9Put in a 350° oven and heat until bubbly.

10Serves 6. So-oo-oo easy, so-oo-oo good!
