Asparagus Casserole

  • 2 cans asparagus tips
  • 1 can cream of Cheddar soup
  • 1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. buttered bread crumbs

    Hard boil eggs and while they cook, mix soups together.

    Place asparagus in a casserole dish.

    Pour soup mixture over asparagus. Sprinkle pepper over top.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

    As casserole bakes, peel and slice eggs.

    Remove casserole from oven; arrange sliced eggs on top and serve.
