Asparagus Casserole

- 1 can asparagus tips
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 can Pet milk (approximately)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Make white sauce with melted margarine, flour, Pet milk and asparagus liquid.

2Cook until thick and add cheese.

3Put asparagus tips in casserole.

4Cover with sliced eggs.

5Repeat these two layers and pour white sauce over all.

6Cover with cracker crumbs and bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° oven or until it is bubbly and cracker crumbs are browned.

7This serves 3 to 4. I usually use 2 cans of asparagus.
