Asparagus Casserole

  • 1 medium can asparagus
  • 2 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
  • 1 c. American cheese, grated
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Drain asparagus and place in a layer in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

    Follow with a layer of sliced eggs and sprinkle crumbs over eggs.

    Add a layer of cheese.

    Pour 1/2 of soup and milk over all. Repeat layers in order given and dot with butter.

    Allow to set for 1/2 hour before baking in a 325° oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
