- 1 medium can asparagus
- 2 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced
- 1 c. American cheese, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Drain asparagus and place in a layer in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.

2Follow with a layer of sliced eggs and sprinkle crumbs over eggs.

3Add a layer of cheese.

4Pour 1/2 of soup and milk over all. Repeat layers in order given and dot with butter.

5Allow to set for 1/2 hour before baking in a 325° oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
