- 1 can asparagus spears
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can small early peas
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. mild cheese, grated
- 3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Save 1/2 cup asparagus juice and 1/2 cup pea juice.

2Combine juices, margarine and flour on top of stove, mixing well until thickened.

3Then add cream of mushroom soup.

4Mix well.

5Layer asparagus, peas and then sauce.

6Slice eggs on top; then add cheese.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
